With an understanding approach and appreciation for mental health as a continuous process that is unique to every client, Cady aims to support those in need of quality care.
Guided by her experience through self-discovery in therapy, and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Cady has found purpose and passion in helping others on their own journey to mental health recovery, safety, and self-acceptance.​​
Cady brings her full, authentic self to each session and encourages clients to do the same, with the goal of fostering the client-therapist relationship by building collaborative trust and safety in a welcoming and comforting environment.
Having earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Winthrop University and being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), Cady practices from a trauma-informed empowerment perspective, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, and gender-affirming psychotherapy techniques.
