Practicing Clinical Intern
Emma’s journey toward mental health counseling began in the classroom, where she found her greatest fulfillment in connecting with individuals and supporting their personal growth. Inspired by her belief in the transformative power of therapy, Emma transitioned from teaching to counseling to continue fostering growth and resilience in others.
Emma focuses on working with young adults and teens navigating grief, anxiety, and depression. She also supports individuals and couples addressing relational dynamics and individuals facing life transitions.
Drawing from her training in Person-Centered therapy, existential approaches, and expressive arts techniques, Emma offers an integrative and creative approach to healing and self-discovery. She is committed to collaboratively helping individuals uncover their strengths, embrace their authentic selves, and move toward meaningful change.
Currently completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Emma brings a wealth of experience from her background in teaching, mentoring, and leadership roles.
