Mary specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and families, offering a therapeutic space rooted in empathy and acceptance. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ensuring a comprehensive and flexible treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.

With an emphasis on attachment-based work, polyvagal theory, and parts work, Mary holds advanced certifications in the Community Resilience Model, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These specialized trainings further enhance her ability to support clients in navigating life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

With lived experience of therapy's profound impact, Mary pursued her passion for mental health by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Arkansas. She later graduated with honors from Florida State University with a Master’s in Social Work. Over the years, Mary has worked across a broad spectrum of care, including child welfare, intensive outpatient therapy, nonprofits, and educational settings. Her diverse experience enables her to offer effective and compassionate care to those she serves.
