Addressing concerns of anxiety, depression, and trauma, Mary incorporates mindfulness and self-compassion-based practices through a trauma-informed lens with the understanding of the transformative power therapy provides.
As a Therapist, Mary is dedicated to curating a space where adolescents, adults, and families feel not only heard but understood and accepted. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a strong foundation encompassing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In addition, Mary holds advanced certifications & training in the Community Resilience Model, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing her to provide comprehensive support to clients and empower them to navigate their challenges effectively.
Moved to help others heal and with the lived experience of the results that therapy provides, Mary began her education in Mental Health with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Psychology and Social Work. After graduating with honors from Florida State University with her Master's in Social Work, Mary worked across a spectrum of care including child welfare, intensive outpatient therapy, nonprofits, and schools.
